Hello, I'm Judy Atkinson, a graphic designer at Salt Water Communications in Victoria, BC. Salt Water has been around for 16 years – 8 years in Summerside, PEI and 8 in Victoria. Since start up in 1996 I've worked in a variety of industries: Arts & Entertainment, Aerospace, Education, Restaurants, Municipal Government, Real Estate, Museums, Manufacturing, and Tourism & Hospitality.
Until 2007, I co-owned Salt Water with Richard Games. As well as graphic design, we produced broadcast and corporate TV. I worked as a production designer, writer, and assistant editor (using an Avid on-line suite and Adobe After Effects) and as a producer and writer for corporate video productions.
Over the past 16 years I have been writing and producing numerous corporate video productions and commercials as well as designing several hundred promotional print projects ranging from ads and logos to brochures and large format displays.
My goal is to convey my client's message in a real and meaningful way using clean, bold, practical designs.
